Kitchen Table Talks in San Francisco

San Francisco is full of exciting new food events. In addition to upcoming food fairs in SF and Oakland, I just read about an exciting conversation series on the American Food System that Civil Eats and 18 Reasons have partnered to put together.

The newest installment, which takes place August 25th and which will discuss school food and nutrition, is the fourth in the series. With the Executive Director of Campaign for Better Nutrition and other guests, the latest Kitchen Table Talk will revolve around current school food policies and the upcoming Child Nutrition Act that governs our School Lunch program.
